A wide range of products and produce from around the globe and local producers. They have a really good hummus from Spokane along with yucca which isn't always available from traditional grocers. Good markdowns too if you can find them. The meat special case is always a gold mine with everything from ham hocks to ribeye depending on the day. Usually good for seafood but more hit and miss since the supply is constantly changing. Good price on tuna steak when they are in.
